Traits of a quality learner

Recently my desk group made a poster about "The traits of a quality learner" we had to intergraate I.C.T in to it so we decided to write a disciption of a quality learner on our blogs.
A Quality learner is always on task and is not easaly distracted they would always listen and finish there work on time to a high standard and treat people as they would like to be treated and follow rules all the time.
